I have worked as a crisis therapist. and with clients bereaved by suicide with Pieta. Additionally, I work with clients who can often feel misunderstood, unseen, and unheard. Many of us may become overwhelmed and struggle with addiction, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, loneliness, feelings of isolation and more. I believe healing is a process. I facilitate a space for you to explore your needs and life goals more deeply, observing your strengths, qualities and values that can offer you a more meaningful life. Sometimes, we may forget who we are. A Sufi saying "I am a hidden teasure and I long to be known".
Each therapist is different, every session and client may require different approaches and modalities. I am an integrative therapist, which includes in my practice, person-centred talk therapy, mindfulness and eco-psychotherapy. A space held, free of judgement.
"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I’ll meet you there." - Rumi
Being human is complex and life can feel chaotic. We may believe that no one else could possibly understand. It would be a privilege to explore this with you some more. As your therapist, I would endeavour to accompany you as you explore your life and what possible knowings and unknowings may live in the relationship between you, your inner self and others.
