I am a Counselling Psychologist in Dublin. I work individually with adults struggling with a vast range of psychological issues, of varying degrees of severity. I am primarily interested in how our past tends to play out again and again in our day to day lives, in different guises and appearances, and how this repetition can cause us to suffer. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a critical site at which this process can be understood, and through which our suffering can be transformed in ways that bring meaning and reconciliation.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I am trained to doctorate level to listen deeply, attend to nuances and meaning in every client's story, and to build a supportive therapeutic relationship characterised by psychological safety and trust. I draw heavily from clinical literature and research to refine my practice and improve outcomes for my clients.
