Sometimes in life you need a place to explore the difficulties that arise. Either behaviours, feelings or emotions. At times you need to be listened to confidentially and without judgement. What troubles our minds can have such a negative impact on the quality of our lives. Psychological troubles come in many forms, relational both to oneself and to others, grief and loss, behavioural problems from anxiety or depression and rage or sometimes it's hard to tell exactly what it is, only a sense that things are not right. The first brave step to take is to share that difficulty.
I am trained in many approaches from CBT, Trauma-work, Bereavement, Psychodynamic Analysis to name a few. As your unique story is told I'll use my training and experience to help us understand the problem better. You have the capacity to change and grow, but first you need to fully understand what's happening and what's getting in the way.
The first step is definitely one of the hardest, it's filled with so many doubts and questions and fear. I've learnt it's better to use a professional and confidential space to talk than to try to go it alone. I can offer that place where you'll be met confidentially without any judgement.
