Hi there and welcome. A little about myself, I am fully registered systemic family and couples psychotherapist with undergraduate training in Psychology. With 20 years of cumulative experience in multi-various clinical and community context. Throughout this time I have worked closely with those who have experienced significant trauma and adversity, addiction, family and relational issues alongside those who just wish to negotiate significant life events more skilfully. My speciality lies in creating a space where problems can be deconstructed and dissolved. One advantages of a systemic approach is that it takes an intergenerational lens, looking at problem formation and the patterns and ways of relating that have often been handed down over time through family networks
