I am Integrative and humanistic psychotherapist accredited by IACP. Integrative means, I draw on several different techniques and theories, which are tailored to the client’s needs. I have experience working with clients on a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, identity and sexuality. I also work at the National Forensic Mental Health Service (NFMHS) where I support individuals to navigate their employment and mental health needs. I have a keen interest in attachment and am very much trauma informed in my work. I look forward to hearing from you.
I have extensive experience across a range of presenting issues. The aim of our work, however long should be to help you, the client find support in a non judgmental space where you can begin to make sense of what is happening in your life. Being able to share a professional, objective and confidential space will help to offer clarity and support.
I support each individual to become comfortable in their journey towards seeking therapeutic support. What each individual seeks in therapy is very different, so together I hope to spend time with you supporting you to find your best way forward.
