As a therapist my role is to work with you, to bring about a more harmonious and connected relationship with yourself and in the case of Couples Therapy with each other. When you feel you are unable to talk to each other, I facilitate and show you how that can be very different. I can remove that stuck feeling and empower you both to communicate with ease and successfully address conflict resolution in your relationship.
Sometimes we feel as if we are so stuck within ourselves and within our relationships, and its a perspective not a reality. When we approach issues differently, we create an oppportunity much understanding.
I specialise in communication & conflict, infidelity, family intrusion, addiction, intimacy & sex issues, financial issues and concerns of separation.
I also have trained and worked with domestic abuse and cohersive control and its is an area of special interest for me. I have worked with many clients over the years navigate the difficulties of all abuse.
I too know the struggles of being in a relationship. To relate and express myself and hear my partner when they are reaching out is something I constantly have to be aware of and work on.
I hope and feel that the challenges in my relationships - romantic or otherwise, has brought me to a place of complete compassion and non-judgement for my clients.
