Hi, I’m Clodagh. I have been providing support for 20 years. This has deepened my ability to connect with people, which allows me to help you create meaningful changes in your live.
I can offer you a supportive and compassionate space where we can begin to understand what’s happening for you, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
My approach is grounded in Person Centred (Talk) Therapy, enriched by a Somatic (Body) Orientated Therapy called The Hakomi Method.
We can only change what we are aware of and my approach focuses on helping you access deeper levels of understanding, moving towards meaningful and lasting change.
The Hakomi Method allows you to go beyond words alone by paying attention to your body language. This approach gently brings awareness to your underlying patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and bodily experiences that operate outside of your conscious awareness.
There may be many reasons that brings someone to therapy, but your story really matters in its own right. I understand that reaching out can feel like a big decision. When you feel ready to take that step, I’d warmly welcome hearing from you.
