She has worked extensively with clients on issues such as anger mgt, chronic illness, panic attacks & relationship problems with clients who feel stuck in perpetual cycles of stress, anxiety, anger, depression, or addiction or are experiencing dissatisfaction in their day to day life. She offers practical strategies to calm our anxious minds, transform negative emotions, and facilitate greater self acceptance, freedom and inner peace.
Claudine draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring her service to suit each individuals needs. She believes mindful self-compassion is the foundation of emotional healing – being aware in the present moment when we’er struggling with feelings of inadequacy, despair, confusion, and other forms of stress & responding with kindness and understanding
She uses a respectful, non-judgemental, empathic approach. She is genuinely interested in people, facilitating their ability to effect positive changes in their lives. She sees potential for change throughout life, thru awareness of one’s values, belief systems, thoughts and emotions, thru taking responsibility and thru making new choices and actions.
