I provide therapy to individuals over 18 years of age who are experiencing a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and loss. I have a particular interest in women's issues including menopausal and fertility difficulties.
I am a humanistic and integrative counselling psychotherapist. I meet the client where they are, drawing on on different therapeutic models, such as person centred, CBT, attachment and existential theory. I offer a safe, confidential, supportive, non judgemental space to process and explore any issues the client may have.
Finding a therapist can be tricky so it is important to choose the right one! If you would like to arrange a consultation call to see if you might like to work with me please email me.
