I am an accredited Psychotherapist (MIACP) offering confidential in-person counselling in Dooradoyle in Limerick and Ennis, Co Clare as well online counselling across Ireland. I have a special interest in supporting carers, working with neurodivergent individuals as well as working with anxiety, stress, burn out, parenting, peri/ menopause and emotional well being. My approach is warm and non-judgmental so you can explore what's going on for you and discuss your life experiences.
Counselling can help if you are struggling in relationships or feeling disconnected from others in your life. I have experience working with parenting difficulties, disability, relationship difficulties, ageing, stress, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, bereavement and depression.
