I help clients work through issues such as coping with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, self-esteem and relationship problems. Bringing a warm, non-judgmental space I can help you to explore whatever issue you bring to therapy. I tailor my approach to your needs using my training in a number of models of therapy. I help you to delve deeper into the root cause of whatever you are struggling with so that you can reach a greater depth of understanding and connection with your self. You can then bring this knowledge and awareness into your life so that you are better able to manage yourself whatever obstacles come up in your life.
I have over 20 years experience of meditation and bring this background and its related techniques to help clients. My approach is integrative, person centred and I also draw on Gestalt and CBT as appropriate for the client's needs.
I would like to help you to empower yourself so you can lead more fulfilled life. The approach used is tailored to your needs. Whether it's learning practical skills that you learn and incorporate into your daily life. Or more in depth work to cultivate self awareness, along understanding the experiences that have shaped the person you have become.
