I apply a person centred approach to help the person to consider the whole person mind, body and spirit. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, anger management, grief, depression, bullying, substance and alcohol related issues, gambling and sex addiction and the harbouring of suicidal ideation at various points in ones life.
Together with my team of experts we offer presentations to schools, sports clubs, workplaces etc Designed to open up & encourage conversation around mental health & addiction.
I also offer an 8 week outreach addiction treatment program face to face + online covering alcohol/drug/gambling/food/sex addictions. Ring for more details.

Groups
Addiction Treatment Program/Aftercare Support Grp
We provide a 12 week Addiction Treatment Program where one can continue living at home and work while attending this programme. A weekly recovery group for those in recovery and those who have competed the addiction treatment program. A weekly concerned persons support group for those living with addiction providing psychoeducation and support around addiction.
