My work as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist is primarily focused on speech and the singularity of each person. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore any questions you might have and to simply speak about whatever comes to mind as a way of alleviating your suffering. I work within the code of ethics set out by the Association of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI) and I hold an MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the UCD School of Medicine.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy highlights the effects of the unconscious mind and through speaking, I will support you in working towards your own understanding of the suffering you are experiencing so that a loosening of these effects can occur.
Taking the time to work on yourself can be a very rewarding experience and ultimately lead to a better quality of life. If you would like to take that first step, I welcome your call or email to arrange a session.
