Chris has worked in a variety of services for over 24 years, all in service to help support change for people. Chris is trained as both an Integrative and a Pluralistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, meaning he has a range of models to utilise in his work and prioritises involvement from the people he works with. Chris is proficient in CBT, REBT, ACT is Trauma Informed and uses Person Centred Therapy as the main foundation for his work.
Hi there, it is hard to describe the way I work but I find it very helpful to try establish goals for therapy from the outset and to then converse and work out in what way can therapy be of most help, we explore positive resources that hopefully support the required change and identify any and all obstacles to try make that change more successful.
