Choosing a counsellor is a very personal decision. We all struggle at times. People come to therapy for a variety of different reasons & some of the presenting problems are stress, anxiety, depression, panic, loss, infidelity & a host of other concerns.
I specialize in relationship counselling, offering an Intergrative approach encompassing Person Centred, Solution Focussed & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I provide a safe & non-judgmental space for individuals & couples to address their fears & concerns.
Each & every client brings a different story to therapy, life can be very difficult at times & sometimes we need a calm & neutral space where we can take some time out & allow ourselves to be supported by another. I believe in encouraging my clients to progress at their own pace. I provide an environment that is gentle, non judgemental and accepting.
