As a trauma-informed, somatic and mindfulness-based therapist, I gently support you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your sense of self.
I specialise in trauma, grief, bereavement, child loss, childlessness, IVF, anxiety, low self-worth, and the impacts of abuse. My approach is person-centred and includes somatic awareness, mindfulness, emotional regulation tools, and fostering self-compassion. Together, we work at your pace to support healing, clarity, and resilience.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been holding things alone for a long time. You don’t have to do it all by yourself.
