If food, body image, bingeing, purging, restricting, or constant thoughts about eating are taking up too much space in your life, you are not alone and you are absolutely welcome here. I work closely with people struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image difficulties, anxiety, and trauma. Often, these struggles can feel exhausting, isolating, and honestly… a bit like your brain has become an unpaid full-time critic. Together, we work to quiet that noise, untangle unhelpful patterns, and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food, your body and yourself.

I work with adolescents, adults and groups, creating a space that feels safe, genuine, and free from “therapy robot” energy. You can show up exactly as you are. My approach blends compassion with practical support to help you feel more confident, connected, and freer from food and body image struggles.

I also understand how deeply eating disorders impact loved ones, and I welcome the opportunity to support families, friends and carers through the process too.
