My clients present with multiple issues such as Depression, anxiety, workplace stress, grief, anger management and relationship issues etc. What they want from counselling is a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings about what is going on for them. Sometimes what they present with may not be what is troubling them, the sessions will allow them to explore and discover that. Clients look for help to cope with these issues, life stressors and/or manage multiple types of relationships. They are on a journey of self-discovery and self-compassion and they come to me for that help and support as they embark on that journey.
I work with clients to help and support them on their journey of self discovery and provide a non-judgmental environment to do so. I work with clients on multiple issues. My specialties are in the area of Anxiety, Depression, relationships, Grief and domestic abuse/r. I use CBT, Solution focus and Choice theory as my methodologies to support clients
I do my best to share walk with clients on their journey, look out their window and see what they are seeing. I like being honest with my clients without being judgmental and clients appreciate that.
