I am fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist with many years experience working in private practice with Adults, Adolescents (13 years+) and Couples. You may want support dealing with feelings of sadness, despair, suicidal thoughts or anxiety that you may or may not connect to any particular event, even if you are getting other supports from your GP or psychiatrist. You may need support because of a difficult time you are going through, such as bereavement, loss, adult or childhood trauma/abuse, relationship breakdown, sexual/gender identity; loss of a job, coming to terms with illness or general unhappiness with your life.
I utilise a number of different integrative therapeutic approaches and in addition to talk therapy, may work with you through expressive arts, play and sand therapy to explore difficult issues, feelings and emotions. This is particularly effective in supporting Adolescents. See below for further information relating to my qualifications and way of working.
I offer a safe, confidential, non- judgmental space, to support clients to explore their issues. It can be very daunting to reach out for support. I offer a 15 minute free telephone consultation which may help you in taking the first step when deciding to seek support.
