Welcome to my profile. I work as a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist. I practice in person, in my own rooms and through zoom. Life can be challenging and lonely at times and my wish is to offer a safe, warm, confidential open dialogue to face what deeply affects you. It takes courage to discover who we truly are and to face the truth. Personally, I can guarantee it is well worth the journey. I have experience in bereavement, anxiety/depression/stress, relationship issues and I teach dbt coping skills. I hold a UCC Postgraduate Degree in Psychotherapy and I am registered member with IAHIP.
