I currently have some availability for new clients. I have a broad range of counselling experience working with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, abuse, OCD, relationship issues, PTSD. I also work with people who are struggling with quality of life issues or who find that, at a particular stage in life, they need some extra support.
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for people to explore and address their difficulties and challenges. You will be met with empathy and compassion. I approach my work with clients in a holistic way and integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches as appropriate to the needs of each individual client.
I offer a free initial meeting (currently online) when I will address questions you have about counselling and about how I work. You are very welcome to give me a call or send an email enquiry if you have any questions or if you wish to arrange an initial meeting.
