Gestalt psychotherapy is a unique way of working with people. Our actions often speak louder than words. As a Gestalt therapist all aspects of you and your life are considered and explored. Insights and new awareness's frequently emerge in the co-created space of the therapeutic relationship.
I am very interested in meeting people as they are. I believe it is important to have an understanding and empathy of how to sit with another person experiencing difficulties in their lives. Allowing individuals time and space for themselves to share their challenges and pain can be therapeutic in itself. I provide this space for people.
