I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, or life transitions, including relationship and career challenges. In a safe, confidential space, I help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and build confidence to navigate life’s difficulties. I offer 50-minute sessions in-person in Bettystown, or online, with some daytime and one or two evening appointments available. Sessions can be booked directly via phone or email.
