Are you feeling conflicted, anxious, depressed or stuck within a part of your life. I am an experienced and empathic psychotherapist working in Galway for the past 13 years. I offer both short term and longer term support. Within my practice I have supported people struggling with work related stress, relationship issues, anxiety, anger, low mood and I have a keen interest in working with self esteem issues. I work from a place of compassion and aim to support clients in finding this part within themselves also. We work in collaboration with one another curiously exploring whatever parts present themselves within the sessions.
I provide a space to support you in finding your own way through your presenting problems. I do not tell you how to live your life but instead listen and reflect in such a way as to support you to come to your own realizations and understanding of yourself. My primary structure is person centered but integrate CBT, solution/compassion focused as required
