Hi, my name is Caroline and I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Councillor working in Ballina, County Mayo. I offer a confidential space where you can feel safe to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences fully and where we can work together to find ways towards achieving your goals and needs.
My approach is Person-Centred with elements of CBT and Mindfulness and I use my skills, knowledge and techniques to tailor the therapy to meet your needs . I cover all areas of general counselling including stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression and inter-personal relationships.
