I work from a humanistic and integrative approach which is informed by psychodynamics with a focus on the relationship between therapist and client. My focus is to help you the client feel at ease which will allow more freedom to explore what is troubling you.
Pacing is a central part of the work I do, with an awareness that each client is different. Knowing each client is different and respecting where you are at, is central to my work as a therapist.
