Coming to counselling provides a confidential, impartial space to explore what your own uniquely individual experience is. How we experience life events and the strategies with adopt to cope, is influenced and shaped by so many things that at times it can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate, and this is where coming to counselling is so beneficial.
I am interested and curious about peoples lived experiences and listen with an open, non-judgemental approach. I have a wealth of both personal and professional experience. I am a qualified counsellor since 2018 and a fully accredited member of IACP since 2019.
