Our counselling and psychotherapy service offers you a safe space to meet with a professional counsellor allowing you to explore and understand your emotional experience. The counsellor creates a listening space where you can unburden yourself and work through your difficulties with support. Within our suite of services at Caring Space in Midleton, we offer counselling and psychotherapy to both adolescents and adults.
Adults and adolescents living with Autism need therapists who not only understand their unique needs but who also understand their ordinary human needs as well.
