I am an IAHIP accredited humanistic, integrative psychotherapist. I work with individual adults in a non-judgemental, respectful and collaborative way. As a person centred therapist, I believe in each person’s potential to explore, understand and transform their lived experience. As an integrative therapist, I tailor the therapy to meet the needs of the individual. Working together we explore your inner strength and knowing to connect with your most authentic self.
I am inclusive and affirming in my approach. All people, and all parts of you, are welcome.
I offer a warm and welcoming safe space to all clients.
My therapeutic areas of interest include neurodivergence, whether your own neurodivergence, or someone close to you. I also work with parents of neurodivergent and autistic children and autistic women.
