I am a psychotherapist based in Waterford and have availability for online and telephone 1-on-1 counselling in a time and space that suits your needs. I have worked with clients therapeutically exploring various needs such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, past/present trauma, neurodiversity, stress, grief. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore the issues you bring. I have worked with clients who bring various needs and goals, I aim to work collaboratively to find what works with you and your goals.
Therapy varies and each session may require something different. I work primarily in a trauma informed, person-centred manner. As each client is different, I may also work from a CBT, Mindfulness or with psychoeducation. This varies depending on the client's needs.
Life can be overwhelming for many reasons, I am here to help and support you through your concerns and worries. Starting therapy can be challenging but can also be healing. I hope to help start your journey to healing today.
