I’m an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist in Carrigaline, supporting adults and teenagers (13+). People often reach out when they’re not feeling like themselves, when stress, pressure, or old experiences start showing up in ways they didn’t expect. Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of what’s been going on beneath the surface, and figure out what you need to feel more steady day to day.
In our sessions, we focus on what’s happening in your world right now, the situations, relationships, or patterns that are weighing on you. Some people want to understand themselves more deeply, some want support with current challenges, and others simply need a private space where they don’t have to hold everything together.
It’s normal for therapy to feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to coping alone. My intention is to offer a steady, down-to-earth space where you can talk honestly and feel supported. We work at your pace, focusing on what’s most helpful for you right now.
