Welcome, I am Laura Harris. I have been providing psychotherapy and counselling services to adults for the past 13 years, who experience anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, relationship difficulties, Trauma, OCD, loneliness and self-esteem issues. Through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will feel safe and accepted to talk about any difficulties you are experiencing. My goal is that you feel listened to, accepted and supported as you work through any difficult experiences.
