Starting therapy can be daunting and feel a little bit scary at times, that’s why I am here to help support you every step of the way. Offering a safe place for you to be heard and understood. I work with a multiple of presentations including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, self-harm, adoption, bereavement, and body image. Collaboration for me is impetrative and this ensures your needs are met and understood.
Compassion is at the heart of therapy for me. Creating a safe space for you to develop tools and resources to explore patterns and grow as an individual or couple.
My approach is integrative, meaning each session is individual to the clients as I do not subscribe to the "one size fits all" way. I uses Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, CBT and Humanistic approaches.
