I specialise in work with adolescents and adults dealing with neurodiversity, personality issues and emotional dysregulation. My clients may experience attachment issues, anxiety, depression and struggle with managing their own emotional experiences.
I help my clients understand themselves, gain control and to build a life they enjoy and actively participate it.
I have additional training in DBT, Fertility and post-partum mental health. My role is to support you as you navigate the many seasons of your life.
