My practice is grounded in compassion and empathy. My experience as a nurse and midwife provides an appreciation for the complex relationship between physical health and emotional wellbeing and the life experiences that shape us. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than offering quick solutions, I work alongside clients to understand experiences, feeling supported understood and accepted.
I have a particular interest in health anxiety, fertility challenges , pregnancy related anxiety , adjustment to motherhood and pregnancy loss. My MSc in Bereavement & Loas informs my practice through evidenced based research. ASIST Trained Feb 2026.
