My approach is emotion and body focused, working to help bring awareness to what is happening for you on a somatic (body) level. We will also be exploring your past and how that has shaped you today. My aim is create a safe non-judgemental space where you get to explore your own thoughts and dilemmas, bringing awareness to your feelings and the thoughts.
