Breda offers a safe space for one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults. Working from a humanistic, person centred, integrative model, Breda aims to provide the supportive environment which can facilitate change for her clients. She offers counselling and psychotherapy for issues including but not limited to: loss and bereavement, depression, anxiety, gender issues, sexual identity, self-esteem and self-expression, women’s health and well-being. Breda is a qualified Psychotherapist and fully accredited member of IACP, holding a first class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
