Your past finds understanding and your future finds possibility. I specialize in trauma recovery, particularly PTSD/CPTSD & some of the ways it can manifest. Including recovering from narcissistic abuse, addiction, attachment issues, anxiety, depression & poor self-esteem. Together we can uncover unhelpful and harmful patterns/beliefs and unlock self-loving ways of being. Healing deep seated wounds, embracing the inner child and adult-self with love and compassion.

Every journey is unique and so is the way we work together. Whether through talk therapy, through creative expression or by drawing from the unique model I have developed over my 16 years of experience called 'The Creative Healing Model'. I am fully qualified to Masters-level and a registered Art Psychotherapist, with an emphasis on trauma recovery.

This model includes art therapy (no skills needed), meditation, drama therapy and automatic writing.
