With over eight years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many people through different challenges, helping them build strength, clarity, and a more fulfilling life.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I studied philosophy and religions, completing a doctorate. This shapes my interest in the questions of meaning and identity.
I put strong emphasis on practical applications of therapy in life.
My areas of interest include anxiety and depression, relationship and intimacy issues, low self-esteem, stress and overthinking, recovering from narcissistic abuse/relationships, life change/transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, men’s issues, addiction, spirituality/self-growth and trauma. I integrate mindfulness techniques into the therapy when needed or requested.
