Have you reached a turning point in your life? Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or struggling with difficult relationships? Many of the people I work with are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, family conflict, grief, life transitions, or the impact of emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships. As an Integrative Psychotherapist and IFS-informed therapist, I provide a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental space where we can explore these challenges. Together, we can develop greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, a stronger sense of self-worth and a deeper understanding of relationship patterns.
My approach integrates Person-Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Psychosynthesis and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapies. I have a particular interest in helping clients understand the lasting impact of childhood experiences, difficult family dynamics, relationship patterns, feelings of not being good enough, and a harsh inner critic.
Many people feel nervous coming to therapy and are unsure what to expect. The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your hopes and goals, and begin to understand the challenges you are facing. I aim to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood and respected.
