Have you reached a turning point, do you feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster right now? I believe each person has the capacity within themselves to maximise their potential and heal, and part of my job is to help each person find this potential within the therapeutic relationship. As an Integrative Clinical Psychotherapist and an IFS-informed therapist, I practice a wide range of therapies. I believe that attending therapy is a brave and vulnerable step. I have a passion for developing and nurturing resilience to build self-esteem and confidence.
My Practice integrates aspects of Person-centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Psychosynthesis and IFS (Internal Family Systems. I have a particular interest in working with, trauma, domestic abuse, narcissistic personality, inner critic, feelings of not being good enough, work-related stress, loss, and early childhood issues which impact upon relationships.
I know and understand that reaching out to start therapy can feel intimidating and anxiety-provoking. I work with my clients in a non-judgemental, sensitive, and understanding way to allow them to gain insight into the issues or difficulties that are causing them distress. My practice is led by the client's needs and what they want to achieve in therapy.
