I offer a quiet and safe space for you to be heard and the freedom to be who you are. The relationship between client and therapist is vital. It is the foundation to successful work and outcome.
I believe there are reasons for everything. Within us all there is immense resilience and potential. It is never too late. Life brings difficulties and sadness. At times it is hard to understand how your life is the way it is. I work through utilising various theories in an attempt to help you explore your past, live in the present and look to the future.
