I offer a one to one listening service in my office which is in Cork city centre. I have vast experience in many different areas in order to be with you the client. Sometimes we can be unaware of whatever it is upsetting us and putting us out of sync and that’s exactly what the space in therapy can be used for.
Who is therapy for? Everybody deserves to be supported in a non judgemental compassionate space in life. Reaching out is a big step to take but one worth taking. At times we don’t know or understand what’s happening and this space can be used productively to uncover this.
