About
I am well aware that life can be a struggle when trying to deal with anxiety, depression, profound sadness, grief, relationship issues, emotional upheavals, stress, long standing hurt or deeply embedded trauma. Sometimes it’s about self exploration. I offer a warm, safe, welcoming and non judgmental space where clients can come and examine how they see themselves in their world; explore unhelpful behavioral patterns and look at how they are in relationship to others and themselves. At all times in the Counselling space, I work from my heart; from a place of compassion and love, with genuine acceptance of the client just as they are
My counselling practice provides a safe, confidential and welcoming space for clients, to be heard without judgement. My role as a therapist affords me the privilege of working with remarkable people who seek out and move towards positive and lasting change. I am grateful to be part of a process that allows this change to occur, and healing to begin.
If you are finding it difficult to cope or would like to talk to someone, I can help.
