I have been working as a psychologist for over 15 years, and throughout my journey, I’ve learned that empathy and providing a safe and welcoming environment are the most important tools for practicing this profession with excellence. I believe that each person brings unique needs that must be addressed with sensitivity and care.
I primarily use a Jungian approach in my practice. I greatly value the use of symbols, particularly the material that emerges through dreams. This perspective has taught me to develop a broader understanding of the human being and has provided me with tools to, together with the client, explore the messages the unconscious seeks to bring into consciousness.
