I cater for a range of issues from self-esteem, anxiety, depression, communication issues, relationship issues and psychosexual issues to name a few. I particularly like to work with past or childhood trauma within the adult today. I provide a unique style of therapy drawing from a background in early childhood education and care, additional needs and integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I have over 10 years experience supporting persons in crisis or just generally dissatisfied within themselves or their place in life presently.
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that, depending on the needs of each person, I tailor-make a therapy plan for each unique situation at hand. I am a collaborative therapist, meaning that I work closely with my clients through discussing, explaining and psycho educating in order to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals.
I am an approachable, non-judgemental, warm and understanding therapist. Having faced adversity myself throughout life, I understand what it is like to sit in the clients chair in therapy.
