I offer Talk Therapy and Art Therapy or both, the choice is up to the client. Its an excellent way to process painful emotions and self-regulate. It can quiet the mind. "if we know better we can do better" a quote from Maya Angelou and very true.
I specialise in anxiety, adult childhood trauma, depression, and I also run Adult Adoptee workshops. Therapy will support you in finding the right skills to make positive changes.

Adult Adoptee Support Group
The opportunity to meet other adoptees has not presented its self to many of us. Adoption has always had a secrecy about it. Only family and close friends knew. For most of us it was something we choose not to discuss . There are many reasons, shame, quilt, loyalty, anxiety, avoidance and the feeling of not being able to trust, and don't forget abandonment. It's so deeply rooted in our DNA that it's easier to push the pain down. The only problem is it manifests in other ways. And that's where people just like us can help!
