Hi, I’m Asa, an Accredited BACP Psychotherapist, qualified mediator and NLP coach. I specialise in dating, relationships, and marriage challenges such as intimacy and sexual difficulties, low desire, infidelity, trust issues, sexual/ pornography addiction, ED and performance anxiety. I offer practical, action-based support with direct, meaningful interventions that get to the core of the problem. I have over ten years’ experience across diverse contexts, including LGBTQIA+ identities, mixed-orientation relationships, faith and culture.Do you keep repeating unwanted patterns to manage difficult feelings? Are you ready to grow?
Whether you’re struggling with dating, relationships or sexual challenges, we’ll work together to create lasting change. I help you shift unhelpful patterns through practical, focused interventions and significant behavioural changes. I lean into a range of therapeutic approaches to create a bespoke approach tailored to your needs.
I work quite intensely and aim to empower you to reach your full potential. At times, it might be hard work, you might need to take action, make changes and try new things. It can be hard to confront your challenges. Are you ready to do that? Are you ready to grow into the best version of yourself? If you are, let's get to work!
