Life can be difficult, and we all could do with that extra support at times. I am here to accompany you through your therapeutic journey and make sense of how you experience the world. I provide counselling and therapy services to people across a wide range of issues, for both adult and adolescent clients. I integrate various forms of therapy, including person centred, gestalt, and existentialism, to find the approach that meets your individual need
I have a real passion working in the area of LGBTQIA+ mental health and also have extensive experience working with people living with HIV. I am also passionate about working with adolescents and the many challenges they face in the modern world.
I believe that, in working with adolescents, I provide an opportunity for young people to get to know themselves, to explore with me how they experience their lived-in world, along with any specific issues that they may be facing. Together with individual sessions with an adolescent, I encourage the support of the parenting adult(s) throughout therapy.
