I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique story and experiences. I believe counselling and therapy are for anyone navigating life’s challenges, at any stage, no matter how big or small they may seem. My practice adheres to the professional Code of Ethics of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).

I hold the view that each individual possesses a natural orientation toward self-growth, healing, and they are best placed to understand and make meaning from their own experiences when in a supportive environment. My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is person-centred and humanistic.
