I guide and support people on a journey of self discovery and self acceptance so that they can develop a better relationship with themselves. I offer a safe container for people to be seen and heard as they begin to reclaim and re–emerge as their true selves. A space to be you. Each person's story and journey is unique where I don’t believe in a “one size fits all”. Therefore I use different therapeutic approaches collaboratively with you to explore what best suits your needs.
I aim to empower each individual on their journey with an emphasis on exploring and validating their difficulties. No issue is too big or too small. I aim to support each person to gain a better awareness of themselves and their experiences. I also guide you to effectively understand your emotions and thoughts while giving you a space to truly be yourself.
My approach is non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate. The thoughts of reaching out for help can be really daunting. With this in mind, I aim to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible and work together at a pace that works for you.
